Spokane Born & Built —
Meet Ron
For over two decades, Ron Franzen has been remodeling homes across Spokane with one simple philosophy: treat every home like it's your own.
Ron's Story
The Man Behind the Hard Hat
Ron Franzen didn't start out running a remodeling company — he started out swinging a hammer. After years working for other contractors across Spokane, he saw too many corners being cut and too many homeowners left frustrated. So he did what any stubborn craftsman would do: he started his own company and decided to do it right.
That was over 20 years ago. Today, Ron's Removal & Repair handles everything from kitchen and bath renovations to full home remodels and additions — but the philosophy hasn't changed. Honest pricing, clean work, and a handshake you can count on.
When Ron isn't on a job site, you'll find him fishing the Spokane River, tinkering in his workshop, or spending time with his family. He lives and works right here in Spokane — and when you call, you get Ron, every time.

Our Values
What We Stand For
These aren't just words on a website — they're how we run every project.
Integrity First
We tell you what your project costs — not what we think you'll pay. No bait-and-switch, no hidden fees, no surprises.
Quality Craftsmanship
We don't cut corners. Every cut is straight, every joint is tight, and every finish is checked twice before we call it done.
Respect for Your Time
We show up when we say we will, communicate daily, and finish on schedule. Your family shouldn't live in a construction zone any longer than necessary.
Local Accountability
We live and work in Spokane. Our reputation depends on every job we do — we can't afford to do less than our best.
Service Area
Proudly Serving Spokane & Beyond
We're based in Spokane and serve homeowners throughout the greater Spokane area.
If you're within a reasonable drive, we're happy to come to you.
Don't see your area? Give us a call — we may still be able to help.

Let's Talk About Your Project
Whether you know exactly what you want or you're just exploring ideas, Ron is happy to talk it through.
No pressure, no obligation — just a honest conversation with someone who knows remodeling.
